// Girls' Day at Interactive Performance: A Look Behind the Scenes of Real Performance Work

At Interactive Performance we want to show what really lies behind performance marketing. Not the polished surface, but the work behind it. No buzzwords, no agency theatre, no glossy slides.

Girls' Day is not a box ticking exercise for us, nor an image project. The day is a deliberate decision. Many young women bring a strong interest in data driven marketing, strategic thinking and analytical work. They ask smart questions, think in a structured way and have a very good sense for how things connect. These are exactly the skills that make data driven marketing so interesting, and exactly why Girls' Day matters to us.

Girls' Day is an invitation to ask questions, think along, try things out and find out:
  • how campaigns come about, and why planning is more than gut feeling
  • how data helps to make better decisions
  • why analysis is not an end in itself but provides orientation
  • and why online marketing means far more than "a bit of social media"

We believe that good decisions can only come from knowing what is possible, and that curiosity is often the first step in finding your own path. That is why we rely on transparency rather than promises. We look forward to everyone who wants to get to know digital performance from practical experience and perhaps discover a new perspective for themselves.
